Tandoori
Dish
(A Tandoor is a pot-bellied
clay oven, where charcoal is used to heat the oven to fierce
temperatures. The clay retains the heat and distributes it
evenly leaving the meat crisp, yet beautifully succulent and
moist.
A Tandoori dish has been marinated in special spices before
it is cooked on skewers in the Tandoor. Practically no fat
has been used, making these dishes a healthy option. A Tandoori
Naan or Roti goes well with any Tandoori dish.)

Balti
Dishes
Balti dishes are popular in the region of Punjab and the
mountains of Kashmir. The originsof Balti cooking are wide
ranging and owe as much to China and Tibet (with slight resemblance
to the spicy cooking of sezchauan) as to the tribal ancestry
of the nomad, the taste of the Moghul Emperors, the aromatic
spices of Kashmir and the winter foods of lands high in the
mountains.
The
special Balti dishes are cooked in genuine Kashmiri style
with fresh garlic,
